Jeremy PayneJeremy is a Partner at Obsidian Consulting. Obsidian Consulting is a long established management consultancy based in Cambridge offering consultancy, facilitation, coaching and training in three broad areas: Strategies and Processes, Team Development and Individual Development. Jeremy leads Obsidian’s Individual Development product stream which includes 360 feedback as a key element. He has extensive experience of successfully applying 360 feedback in both public and private sector organisations. The HR Director of one of his clients commented recently:
“Introducing 360º feedback to the top team sent a strong signal to the organisation about the importance of the new behavioural framework. It also succeeded in building trust within a relatively new team and we developed a greater appreciation of each others’ strengths – through the sharing of the feedback we received and our action plans. Obsidian’s support has been invaluable. They have worked hard to understand our business, where we are going and the challenges we face. They have been very flexible and built the programme with us. We fully intend to continue with the 360º feedback programme for our directors and managers”
