The key to getting value from 360 feedback
September 7, 2009
Here’s a quick list you may want to give to recipients of 360 feedback to help them get the most out of the process:
So now you have this feedback what do you do with it?
- Identify the key development areas
- Prioritise these development areas so you know where to start. We recommend you don’t try to do it all at once!
- Add these to to you personal development plan
- Speak to your line manager about how they can support you
- Review your progress regularly: ask for more feedback
